Wilma Sadler Allen

Mrs. Wilma Sadler Allen, 82, died Sunday afternoon, March 29, 2020 in her Roanoke Rapids home.

A West Virginia native, she was born February 2, 1938 to Woodrow W. and Dana Bish Sadler.  Her parents, and an infant son, preceded her in death. Mrs. Allen was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Gilbert C. Allen; daughters, Pamela Robbins (Buck) of Roanoke Rapids and Kimberly Allen of Littleton; sons, Gregory Allen (Shannon) and Jeffery Allen (Shapley) of Roanoke Rapids; grandchildren, Kenneth Robbins, Michael Allen, and John Snow; former granddaughter-in-law, Ashley Robbins; and great-grandchildren, Jorden Barnes, Ryilon Barnes,  Kenleigh Robbins and MaKenna Robbins. The family wishes to express special thanks to Shapley Allen for her care and compassion during this difficult time.

Mrs. Allen requested a simple, private burial with no guests present and that will be honored.  Her remains will rest at Crestview Memorial Cemetery.
