Heissurvived by his parents,Thomas C. and Elsie Viola Richardsonand a sister Tina Bowen. Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service is handling local arrangements. Funeral Services will be held at a later date at Raymond-Wood funeral Home in Dunkirk, Maryland.
