Tina Wood Meadows

Tina Wood Meadows, 67, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at ECU Medical Center in Greenville. Mrs. Meadows was born on January 18, 1958 in Halifax County, the daughter of the late Priscilla Tickle and Samuel R. Wood Sr and was also preceded by her husband Claude Lee Meadows and her brother Samuel Richard Wood, Jr.   Mrs. Meadows loved cooking, shopping, and spending times with her family.

Surviving include her son Claude Lee Meadows, Jr. (Tanya) of Dinwiddie, VA, her daughters Jenny Meadows-Gonzalez (Angel) and Priscilla Meadows (Brad), both of Roanoke Rapids, her grandchildren: Jacob Meadows (Ibby), Joshua Meadows (Kaylynn), Joey Meadows (Kori), and Briana Gonzalez, and her great grandchildren: Jameson Lee Meadows and Jaxson Lee Meadows.

A Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation with Rev. Jason Yeatts officiating  A Private Burial will be held in Cedarwood Cemetery.  Friends may sign the online register by visiting www.hockadayfs.com.
