Terry Wayne Ellis, 59 of Roanoke Rapids passed away Friday, March 11, 2016 at his home.

Mr. Ellis was born September 13, 1956 in Halifax County to the late Joseph Ellis and Mattie Miles Ellis.

He was survived by his fiance: Lauren Sweitzer of the home; his brothers: Lewis Thomas Snuffy Ellis and Joseph Duecy Ellis, Jr.; his sister: Patricia Ellis Sissy Cook; his first cousin and best friend Thomas Moore and his companion Sassy and all of his cats.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 19, 2016 at his home..
