Teresa Cecelia Harlow

Teresa Cecelia Harlow, 57, of 520 Becker Manor Apt. 417, died Wednesday November 21, 2012 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Teresa was born in Halifax County in 1955 to the late Genie Harlow Sr. and Lois Joyner Harlow. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved her church family, loved singing and the outdoors especially hot weather. In addition to her parents Teresa was preceded in death by her sister: Cassie Arthur, and her daughter: Stacey Ann Williams.

Teresa is survived by her son William Joseph Williams of Coushatta, La; her daughter: Cecelia Lynn Deeg and husband Daniel of Evansville, In.; three brothers Willie Harlow, Genie Harlow, Jr. and wife Gloria, and Charlie Harlow and wife Patricia all of Roanoke Rapids; four sisters: Mary Mozingo and husband Troy of Roanoke Rapids, Nora Shelton of Halifax, Lorenda Wright and husband Mark of San Antonio, Tx., and Lois Jones and husband Adrian of Roanoke Rapids; five grandchildren: David Thomas Deeg, Zachary Christopher Deeg, Nicholas Michael Deeg, Taylor Christopher Williams, and Hailey Michelle Griffin.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 11:00 A.M.. at Liberty Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Tony Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 23, 2012 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service.
