Ruth Brown Grant

Ruth Brown Grant, 88, of Enfield passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, at her home.

Ruth was born August 14, 1936, in Halifax County to the late A. J. Brown and Rae Taylor Brown. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Carl Brown and her sister, Deloris Tippett.

Ruth was a media member of the Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge, LA. She was a good Christian woman and a loving wife and mother.

Ruth is survived by her husband Hayes Grant, Jr.; her children, Beth Jones, Linda Bozard, Renee Hunter and Steve Powell.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, April 14, 2025, at Elmwood Cemetery in Enfield, NC with Rev Allan Gardner officiating.
