Roy David Carter

Roy David Carter, 72 of Roanoke Rapids passed away Friday, May 15 ^th .  Mr. Carter was born on March 24, 1948 to John H. Carter Sr. and Hazel DeBerry Carter.

Surviving include his son:  John D. Carter; his daughter Amanda Carter Foster; his brother John H. Carter, Jr. and his wife Carolyn; his sister Sandra D. Carter; and his two grandchildren John D. Carter, Jr. and Katelyn Foster.

A Private Family Graveside will be held in the chapel of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 19 ^th with Pastor Andy Sloan officiating.
