Rose Hamill Roundtree of Weldon, NC passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday February 4, 2024. Rose was born on February 12, 1963, in Roanoke Rapids. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Hazel Hamill and her son Cody Roundtree.

Rose is survived by her brothers Ralph “Bucky” Hamill Jr., Mike Walker, sisters Vickie (Rusty) Wells, Nancy (David) Hand and Kathy Rightmyer, grandchildren Corbin Roundtree and Caiden Roundtree, her significant other half Stephen Mitchell. Her precious dog Ceilie.

Rose loved music and gardening.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday February 8, 2024, at 7:00pm in the Hockaday Funeral & Cremations Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Kobernat presiding, visitation will be 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

Family will receive family and friends at the residence of Nancy & David Hand and Rusty & Vickie Wells also..
