Richard Steven Todd, Jr.

Richard Steven Todd Jr., 45 of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina passed away peacefully at ECU Health Medical Center surrounded by family on Monday September 29, 2025.  Steven was born February 10, 1980, in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.

He is survived by his parents Ricky and Debbie Todd, brother Brandon Todd (Kathreen), sister Tesha King (Tim), nephews Jacob King (Brionna), Logan Todd, Aiden Todd, Dawson Steedley (Emma Burch), niece Kristen Revelle (Shane), and great nieces and nephews: Ava Clements, Annsleigh Revelle, Asa Revelle, Cody Steedley and his dog “Blue”.

Steven loved music, singing karaoke, hunting, and fishing on the Roanoke River, but most importantly he loved his family and family gatherings.

The family will receive friends and family on Sunday October 5, 2025, at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
