Rebecca "Becky" Davis Height

Rebecca "Becky" Davis Height, 68, went to her eternal rest with her heavenly father on Friday, September 20, 2019 in Vidant Medical Center.

Mrs. Height was born June 17, 1951 in Halifax County, the daughter of the late Beverly Ann Fagala Freeman and Cornelius Everette Davis.  She was a member of Valley Community Church; and retired from New Dixie Oil Company where she worked in data processing.

Survivors include her sisters: Elaine D. Wong of Roanoke Rapids, Tracy Davis Robert (Jimmy)  of Greensboro; her brothers:  Bruce Davis (Freddi), Timothy Cope Davis (Sheila), both of Roanoke Rapids; her best friend since kindergarten, Pam Day of Lexington Park, MD; nieces and nephews, Troy, Travis, Daniel, Amber, Matt, Lindsey, Josh, Stephanie, Quintin;  15 great nieces and nephews; and her three fur babies,  Bella, Mittens, and Keke.

Pallbearers will be Travis Mahaffey, Daniel McElwee, Matt Davis, Quentin Robert, Josh Davis, Trevor Walker.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Scott Aman, Brian Smith, and Troy Beach.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 28 ^th in Calvary Baptist Church with Revs. Randy Martin and David Schmaltz officiating.  Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Enfield, NC.

The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 2:00 – 2:45 PM. At other times friends may call at the home of Tim and Sheila Davis, 111 Westwood Drive, beginning on Friday.
