Randolph Macon Stevenson Sr

Randolph Macon Stevenson, Sr., 61, died Sunday, May 25, 2014, at Halifax Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Stevenson was born in Warren County, May 31, 1952, to the late Willie E. Stevenson and Hattie Viola Taylor Stevenson. He loved the outdoors and had a passion for hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, Mr. Stevenson was preceded in death by his son, Travis Stevenson and his brothers, Roy Lewis, Jack OBrien and Sam Jackson Stevenson.

Surviving are his sons, Bobbie Ray Stevenson, Sr. and girlfriend, Joyce Arias, of Greenville, NC and Randolph Macon Stevenson, Jr, of Gaston; sister, Bobbie Sanford of Roanoke Rapids; grandson, Bobbie Ray Stevenson, Jr. and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service, Friday, May 30, 2014 from 6:30-7:30 pm. Rev. Datham Hall will conduct a memorial service to celebrate Mr. Stevensons life at 7:30 pm, immediately following the visitation.
