Philip Lloyd Farrell

Philip Lloyd Farrell, 72 of Roanoke Rapids, departed this life on December 26, 2025 at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville. Philip was born on February 21, 1953 to the late George and Ruth Farrell. He was preceded in death by his son, Phil and his grandchildren Emily and Luke McDermott.

Philip enjoyed his career as a crane operator until he retired. He also loved his backyard where family and friends gathered for many celebrations.

Surviving include his dedicated wife of 53 years, Judy; daughter and son-in-law Kimberley and Paul McDermott, his brother George “Buddy” Farrell (Paula), his niece Georgette Monaghan (Scott), and his great nephew Jake Monaghan.
