Patsy Lee Odom Agoglia

Patsy Lee Odom Agoglia, 58, died Saturday, September 1, 2012 in Halifax Regional Medical Center.

Patsy was born in Nash County, NC, January 7, 1954 to Vernon Ray Odom and Iona Smith Odom Bundy. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and dearly loved her family. Patsy loved working in the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District; she never met a child she couldnt get to love her. She also loved the lake and the beach. Patsy was also a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Preceding Patsy in death is her father, Vernon Ray Odom.

Surviving are her husband, Bob Agoglia of the home; mother, Iona Smith Odom Bundy; son, Greg Agoglia and wife, Cindy; daughter, Heather Agoglia and fianc, Chad Kinney, all of Roanoke Rapids; brother, Jimmie Bundy and fianc, Annette Byrum, of Harrellsville, NC; sister, Glenda Draper and husband, Bobby of Galatia, NC; seven grandchildren, Barbie Nethery, Corey Nethery, Danielle Agoglia, Ashley Agoglia, Jamie Nethery, Cierra Agoglia, Ruby Agoglia, and a grandson on the way, Patrick Lee Agoglia; three nephews, Robert Draper, Jr., Jimmy Ray Bundy, III, and Cody Shane Bundy and one niece, Robin Draper. Also surviving is her faithful companion, Snickers and a very special best friend, Elizabeth Robinson, as well as, all the teachers and staff at Manning and Belmont, she loved you all so very much.

The family will receive friends at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service, Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 7-9 pm.

Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Wayne Marshall, Wednesday, September 5, 2012, 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids.

The family has requested that donations be given to ones local Animal Shelter in honor of Patsy Lee Odom Agoglia
