Pamela Cobb Thomason

Pamela Cobb Thomason, 64, of Roanoke Rapids died Friday evening, September 10, 2021 at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh.

Pamela was born in Halifax County on August 5, 1957, the daughter of Marshall Cole and Marie Cobb Thomason.  Her father preceded her in death.

She had worked as a cashier for the former Big Star Food Store; and was a member of the Roanoke Rapids First Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Pamela is survived by her mother, Marie Cobb Thomason; brother and sister-in-law, Marshall Keith Thomason and wife, Greta Bunn Thomason; nieces and nephews, Ashton Elizabeth Thomason, Heather Nicole Todd, Marshall Bryant Thomason, Joshua Cole Thomason, Lauren Bradford Robertson and Lucas (Luke) Cole Robertson; and her sister, Barbara Ann “Annie” Johnson.

The service to celebrate the life of Pamela Cobb Thomason will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, September 16, 2021 from the graveside at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, with Pastor Matthew Smith presiding.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
