Ovid “Rat” Daniel Carroll, 77, of Roanoke Rapids passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019.

A memorial service to celebrate Rat’s life will be held 6:00 P.M. Friday, July 26, 2019 at Fresh Fire Assembly or God, 46 Pittman Street, Roanoke Rapids with Rev. Chris Howerton officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 – 6:00 P.M.
