Mary Kate Simmons, 96, passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at Liberty Commons in Weldon.
She is survived by her nieces, Sharron Birch and her husband Ray and Hazel Allen and her husband James both of Henrico; her great-niece, Melissa Birch.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Crestview Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Woodrow Williams officiating.
