Margaret Birdsong Riddle

Margaret Birdsong Riddle of Garysburg, NC passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2020.  Mrs. Riddle was born in Halifax county on December 13, 1924 to Ada Mae Sellers and Lee Birdsong.   She was a member of Weldon Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband Norwood Riddle Sr., her son Norwood Dixon Riddle, Jr. and his wife Cindy of Roanoke Rapids; her daughter Patricia R. Taylor and her husband Steven of Fuquay Varina, NC; her brother Russell Birdsong and his wife Danya of Halifax; 4 grandchildren:  Andy Taylor and his wife Becky, Quincy Taylor Casper and her husband Jason, Marcus Riddle, and Kyle Riddle and his wife Katlyn; 3 great grandchildren Anna Taylor, Jack Casper, and Caroline Casper.

A Service will be held at a later date due to Covid-19.   Friends may sign the online register at www.hockadayfs.com .  Arrangements are under the care of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service.
