Lillie Mae Collier Ivey

Lillie Mae Collier Ivey, 90 of Highway 158, Roanoke Rapids died Friday, November 1, 2013 at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Ivey was born August 12, 1923 in Littleton, NC to the late James Wesley Collier and Fannie Crawley Collier. She was a graduate of Littleton High School Class of 1941. She was a member of New Testament Christian Church.

Mrs. Ivey is survived by her husband Harvey Ivey of the home; her daughter: Norma Morrison and her husband Ed of Vass, NC; her sister: Frances Jones of Glen Allen, VA; her granddaughter: Laura Morrison Giles and her husband Rick and their children Bailey and Ryder Giles all of Vass, NC.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 4, 2013 at Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service with Dale Morris, Minister officiating. Burial will follow in Old Cedarwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 8:00 P.M. Sunday, November 3, 2013 at the funeral home and other times at the home.
