Lee Ainsworth Hughes, II, 72, of Roanoke Rapids died June 9, 2022 at ECU Health in Greenville.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Puckett; daughter, Michelle Knudson (Steve); son, Lee A. Hughes, III (Bobbie); 8 grandchildren; and two sisters, Buena Humble and Meyressa Schoonmaker.
Private water burial of the remains will be held with only immediate family in attendance, and will be at a later date.
Arrangements are under the care of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service.
