Larry Glenn Davis

Larry Glenn Davis, 58 of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Sunday June 7, 2026. He was born on March 5, 1968, in Halifax County. Larry was preceded in death by his parents Donald Davis Sr. and Gloria Davis, brothers Walter Mooney, Gary Davis, sisters Arlene Martin, Tammy Mooney and Kathy Mooney.

He is survived by his wife Crystal Davis, daughters Kelly Epps (Patrick), Christy Davis, Leanne Davis (Bryant), grandchildren Alayna Davis, Daryn Epps, Caydence Epps, Easton Epps, Lennox Desare, A’Lexis Epps, Mason Davis, Avery Horvath, Kennedy Green, brothers Michael Mooney (Cyndi), Jeff Davis, Donald Davis Jr., Tim Davis (Melissa), sister Donna Davis and Aunt Betty Conner.

Larry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He retired from GP in Emporia and enjoyed fishing, gardening and cross stitching. Larry even trained the squirrels in his backyard to enjoy peanuts with him on the back porch.

The family will receive friends and family on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation.
