Judy Kay Sullivan

Judy Morgan Sullivan, of Roanoke Rapids, died Tuesday, June 25, 2025, at her home.

She was the daughter of the late Robert Morgan and Eula Norris. Judy was born January 21, 1949, in Gaston, NC.

Preceding her in death were her sisters Amy Roberta Morgan and Dianne M. Richardson and her nephew, Tony Moore.

She is survived by her son Marco Sullivan; sisters Nancy M. Gums (Bobby) and Susan M. Cook (Wayne); former husband Dennis Sullivan; Nieces and nephew Fern Moore, Angel Gray (Jimmy), Bryan Rodwell (Stacey) and Krystal Elliott (Jamie). She will be lovingly remembered as Aunt Judy by her great nieces and nephew Sydney Rodwell, Morgan Elliott, and Declan Elliott.

She loved pets and her family and did everything she could for both. Judy’s spirit lives on in every act of kindness, every rescued animal, and every family gathering where their memory is lovingly held. Rest peacefully, Judy. You were deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 3, 2025, in Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids.
