Joseph “Joe” Thomas Taylor, II, 61, of Roanoke Rapids passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026 in his home. Mr. Taylor was born on August 7, 1965 in Halifax County, the son of Vivian Jordan and the late Joseph Thomas Taylor, Sr.

Joe was a member of South Rosemary Baptist Church.

Surviving include his mother Vivian Jordan Dickens (Wilbert), his wife Theresa Hudson Taylor, his son Joesph “J.T.” Thomas Taylor, III (Cheyenne), his daughter Tabitha Ann Taylor, his brother Michael (Margaret), his sister Susan (John), his stepbrother Mark (Trudy) and his stepsister Michelle.
