Jose Ramon Torres, Sr., 73, died Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Vidant North Hospital in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Rev. Steve Bocklage will conduct a graveside service Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at 12:00pm in the St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery in Emporia, VA.
