Jimmie Moore, Jr., 44, passed away at his residence Sunday, January 13, 2013.

Jimmie was born in Halifax County, North Carolina November 15, 1968 to the late Jimmie Moore, Sr. and Caroline Delrose Burm Moore. He was an electrician by trade, and loved the outdoors, having a passion for hunting and fishing. He also lived in the Newport News area for a period of time in his life.

Surviving is his three brothers, Paul Moore and, wife, Juanita of Smithfield, VA, Allan Marschall and, wife, Judy, and Mark Marschall and, wife, Mary Ann, both of Michigan; two sisters, Vicky Taylor and, husband, Bill, and Janice Hayes and, husband, Rick, both of Virginia Beach and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also surviving are his two best buddies, his dogs, Maggie Mae & Buddy.

A celebration of life will be held at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service, Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm.
