Jailany Yasmin Perez Hernandez passed away Sunday, December 28, 2025.
She is survived by her parents, Luis Perez and Carolina Hernandez; her grandparents, Maritza Hernandez and Kenneth Turner; her grandmother, Modesta Sotero; her great grandmother, Ablia Hernandez; her aunts, Katherine Hernandez and Tomasita Hernandez; her uncles, Gabe Mejia and Ricardo Hernandez; her cousins David and Erica Hernandez.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Cedarwood Cemetery with Pastor Maria Ester Bonilla.
