George "Boogie" Harding Vincent

George “Boogie” Harding Vincent Jr, 80 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Thursday November 7, 2024.  He was born on June 15, 1944, in Halifax County.  He was preceded in death by his parents George and Lousie Vincent.

He is survived by his wife Frances Rook Vincent, sons Edward Harding Vincent (Lisa), Michael Harding Vincent, grandchildren Justin, Daniel, Abby, Emily, great grand children Maren, Kenan, Liam, Colton, brothers Doug Vincent (Faye), Donald Ray Vincent (Sharon), sister Peggy Brown (Douglas) special friend Roland Holmes and many more family and friends.

The visitation will be on Tuesday November 12, 2024, 11:00am to 12:30pm at Hockaday Funeral & Cremations. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 12, 2024, at 1:00pm in Hockaday Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Kobernat presiding, interment will follow in Cedarwood cemetery.

He was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
