Freddie Lee Shaw

Mr. Freddie Lee Shaw, 74, of Roanoke Rapids died March 4, 2018 at Halifax Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Shaw was born December 11, 1944 in Halifax County, the son of Willie Jessie Shaw and Nellie Mae Carlisle Shaw.
He served in the US Army in Viet Nam, was a retired security guard and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sister, Brenda Gail Edwards of Emporia, VA; brothers, William Wayne Shaw of Roanoke Rapids and
Troy Leon Shaw of High Point; several nieces & nephews; also great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Hazel Ferguson, Yvonne Lambert and Jean Moore; and an infant brother, David Shaw.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
