Frances Howell, 94, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025 in Warren Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Mrs. Howell is surviving by her daughter Betsey Leigh Howell.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 2, 2025at the Mitchell Family Cemetery, 660 Mitchell Store Road, Youngsville, NC 27596.
