Fay Arlene Merzke

Fay Arlene Olinger Merzke, 90, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025 in her home.  Ms. Merzke was born in Erie, PA on January 5, 1935, the daughter of the late Frances Meeker and Donald Olinger.  She was also preceded in death by her husband Alvin C. Merzke, and her children:  Michael Leehan, Paul Lawrence, and Brent Lawrence.

Surviving include her daughter Rhonda Carter and her husband Marlo, her grandchildren Bryce Carter and Corey Carter and his wife Amanda, and her great grandchildren Alice Carter and Stella Carter.
