Evelyn Joyce Smith

Evelyn Joyce Smith 90 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away peacefully at ECU Health in Greenville on Wednesday August 28, 2024.  Evelyn was born on July 25, 1934, in Altha Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents Fala and Novie Flanders and her brother Ludie Flanders.

Evelyn is survived by her sons Kenneth Smith (Katherine), Larry Smith (Cheryl), grandchildren Scott Smith, April Cox, great grandchildren Marshall, Faith, Katie, great great grandchildren Weston, Trent, Tara, Forrest, her sister-in-law Barbra Flanders and neighbor & best friend Becky Merritt.

The family will have a memorial service, arrangements are pending at this time.
