Eugene James Medlin, 59, of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2024 in Signature Healthcare. Mr. Medlin was born on December 19, 1964, the son of Gloria Hayes Medlin and Manning Eugene Medlin.
Along with his mother Gloria, Mr. Medlin is also survived by his brother Arthur Foster.
