Edward Lee Peterson

Edward Lee Peterson, 81, died Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Liberty Commons in Weldon.

Mr. Peterson was born in Virginia January 26, 1941, son to the late Algie and Dora Peterson. He was a long-time farmer in this area and was always willing to help who needed his help.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Peterson is preceded in death by his sister, Katherine.

Surviving are his step children, Graham Taylor and Barbara T, Harris, both of Roanoke Rapids; step daughters, Kathy Cullom and Janice Hunt, both of Johnson City Tennessee. Also surviving are several Grandchildren.

Rev. Jimmy King will conduct a graveside service Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Elmood Cemetery, in Enfield, beginning at 11 am.
