Edward Ray Mabrey

Edward Ray Mabrey, 78, of Roanoke Rapids passed away Friday, November 6, 2020 at Signature Healthcare in Norfolk, VA.

Edward was born May 21, 1942 in Littleton to the late Claude Mabrey and Mary Joyner Mabrey.

Edward was a member of Victory Baptist Church and a die hard UNC fan.

Edward is survived by his wife, Judy Oliver Mabrey; his daughter, Karen M. Stallings of Gaston; his step-daughter, Stephanie Green and her husband Anthony of Roanoke Rapids; his grandson, Cody Mabrey, Allison and Cameron Green; his fur baby, Cocoa; his brothers, Stanley Mabrey and his wife Linda, Dennis “Dink” Mabrey and his wife Kathy both of Roanoke Rapids and Jerry Mabrey and his wife Cristina of Boca Raton, FL.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 9, 2020 at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Jeremy Kobernat officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. prior to the service at the church.
