He retired from being a truck driver and drove for numerous companies throughout his career from hauling logs to chips and everything in between he was a true truck driver not just steering wheel holder.
Diddy was a funny man; his smile was one of a kind and that laugh would make the saddest person smile and laugh. Diddy loved race cars and raced for a while in figure eight races and dirt track. He loved his horses and passed his love and knowledge for his horses down to his daughter. Diddy could always be found outside cutting grass, planting his garden or working on his cars or his trucks or his tractor. He loved his Fords and passed down the love that he had for his Fords. He loved his family and was always going to be found at his momma’s house every Sunday and every family get togethers. He instilled the meaning of family into his children. He loved his family, and he loved to take his wife on trips to the mountains and to the pottery and beach trips. He spoiled his family; he could never tell us NO and truly mean it. He was the best Diddy and granddiddy and great granddiddy ( ol pop pop ) . He was excited about having his first great grandson in September and couldn't wait to see him. He loved his great granddaughters, but Diddy always wanted his great grandson.
