Eddie “Buck” Lee Shearin, 89 of Littleton, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Thursday February 12, 2026. Buck was born on August 22, 1936, in Warren County. He was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Shearin and his parents Gardner and Chloe Shearin.

He is survived by his sons Kenneth Shearin, Craig Warren, Chris Warren(JoJo), Tony Shearin, grandchildren Amanda Warren, Kayla Manning (Matt), Braxton Warren, Sara Williams (Thomas), Tiffany Langley (Josh), great grandchildren Aiden Harrell, Bailey Black, Harper Langley, Seth Langley, Matthew Manning, George Manning, Emma Ray, Ella Ray, Sidney Williams, Whitley Warren, Zoey Williams, Josie Warren, Kenzleigh Langley, brother Allen Shearin and sister Joanne Merritt.

Buck was a loving husband, father, son, grandfather and great grandfather, he served his country in the United States Army, loved working in the yard and garden, fishing, going to the beach and tinkering with stuff.

Funeral service will be on Saturday February 21, 2026, at 11:00am at Tabor Methodist Church, family will receive visitors prior to the service from 10:00am to 11:00am. Interment will be following the service in the church cemetery, Pastor Nancy Palmer will be conducting the service.

The family would like to thank the UNC Health Nash Hospice and Palliative Care for their outstanding care of Buck.
