Douglas Wayne Mead, 43, of New Bern, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024.
Leaving behind to honor and cherish his memories are his father, Darrell Wayne Mead, Sr (Tina); mother, Sheryl Ormond (Jay); brothers, Christopher Mead (Bobbi), Shane Mead (Clancy), Richard Barkley, Michael Mead, and Darrell Mead II (LeAnna); and many loving family members and close friends.
A memorial service will be on Saturday October 12, 2024 at 6:00pm in Hockaday Funeral & Cremations Chapel, Pastor Matt Reider will be conducting the service. Family will receive friends and visitors after the service.
