Ms. Dinah Cottle Swingle, 61, of Garner and formerly of Roanoke Rapids died December 19, 2017.
She was born May 8, 1956 in Halifax County, the daughter of Ray Cottle and Evangeline Brown Cottle. Mrs. Swingle was retired from Boddie-Noell.

A graveside service will be held at 1 pm Friday at Crestview Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Steven Scofield of Boone.
Arrangements are under the care of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service.
