Dennis Wayne Crawford, 67 of Seaboard passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at ECU Health North Hospital. Mr. Crawford was born in Norfolk, VA on July 17, 1958, the son of the late Helen Wells and Cecil W. Crawford. He was also preceded in death by his sister Cecelia Crawford Taylor and his niece Pamela Taylor.

Dennis worked as the Event Management Systems Administrator for Norfolk State University prior to his retirement.

Surviving include his sister Brenda Crawford Hutton, his special friend David Diaz, his nieces and nephews Kimberly Dawn Brickhouse (Darrell), Gary Dean Hutton, II (Janice), and Steven Wayne Taylor, Jr., and many other extended family members.
