David Wayne Vest

David Wayne Vest, 59, of Halifax, North Carolina passed away Friday, March 22, 2024, at his home. He was born July 28, 1964, in Norfolk, VA to Lloyd Vest and Nancy Simmons Vest.  He is preceded in death by his brother Lloyd R. Vest, Jr.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Rhonda; daughters Danielle Clarke (Jakeem), step-sons Jeff Johnson (Krystal) and Josh Johnson (Nicole) of Virginia Beach, VA and step daughters Danielle Shaw (Joe), Heather Patterson, and Amber Patterson (fiancee Joey Scott); his brother Stephen Vest (Jeannie) of Danville, VA; and grandchildren Aubrey and Arianna and nine step grandchildren; and his special friend Tracey Hoffler.
