David Reid Livesay

David Reid Livesay, 61, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 in his home.  Mr. Livesay was born on June 8, 1963, the son of Madelyne Elizabeth Barnes and Alvin Reid Livesay.  He was also preceded by his son James Livesay and his best friend Robert Colston.

Mr. Livesay enjoyed shooting, watching TV, and going fishing.

Surviving include his companion for over 28 years Frances Wright, his son David Brandon Livesay, his daughter Ashley Livesay, his brother Douglas Livesay (Sue), his sisters Cheryl Livesay and Michelle Crowder, his grandchildren David Brandon “DJ” Livesay, Kayla Jackson, Joshua Wallace, Levi Alston, and Cameron Wallace, his great grandchild Ayana Jackson and his best friend Vondrell and his wife Melissa.
