Dan "Danny" Albert Faison

Dan Danny Albert Faison, 66, died Friday, November 15, 2013 in Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville, NC.

Mr. Faison was born in Halifax County, November 29, 1946, to the late Allison Gordon Faison and Edith Newsome Faison. He worked in the construction business as a pipe fitter.

Surviving is his sister, Linda Allen of Roanoke Rapids; brother, Andrew Gordon Faison and wife, Pam, of King, NC; niece, Dana Allen Cooke and husband, George, of Kings Mountain, NC, and nephews, Michael Faison of Greensboro, and Chris Faison of King, NC. Also surviving are many cousins and many friends.

Revs. Tom Swartz and Randy Martin will conduct a memorial service Sunday, November 17, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Smith United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorial contributions be made to Smith United Methodist Church, 1215 Smith Church Rd., Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870.
