Curtis Lynn Cook

Curtis Lynn Cookie Monster Cook, 68, of Gardner Drive, Gaston passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015.

Lynn was born October 7, 1946 in Northampton County, NC to the late Curtis Lee Cook and Florentine Tina Moore Cook.Lynn was also preceded in death by his brothers: Walter Lee Billy Cook and Lawrence Drexel Happy Cook.

Lynn was survived by three nephews: Greg Cook, Chris Cook and Wayne Narron; He was also survived by many great and loving cousins; five great and loving friends: Jeanne Mills, Vickie Todd, Bernice Bailey and Maria Taylor his adopted sister, and a very special friend Linda Liverman.

Memorial services will be held 12:00 P.M. Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Jeremy Kobernat and Rev. Randy Martin officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 12:00 P.M. at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Victory Baptist Church Building Fund, 2360 Bolling Road, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870..
