Concetta "Connie" Marchica Agoglia

Concetta “Connie” Marchica Agoglia, 90 of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Saturday March 29, 2025.  Connie was born on July 1, 1934, in Brooklyn, New York. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Robert Agoglia, parents Joseph and Fannie Marchica, her brothers Angelo Marchica, Charlie Marchica, Sammy Marchica, sisters Jenny LaRusso and Antonette Marchica.

She is survived by her sons Bob Agoglia (Susan), Christopher Agoglia (Alicia), daughter Linda Ballas (John), grandchildren Jason Drew (Duygu), Michael Drew (Vanessa), Timothy Drew (Erica), Heather Kinney (Chad), Greg Agoglia (Cindy), Emily Agoglia and Jacob Agoglia and 13 great grandchildren.

Connie loved her family and her passion for nursing allowed her to take care of them

The family will receive friends and family on Thursday April 3, 2025, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation.  There will be a funeral service on Friday April 4, 2025, at 11:00am at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Roanoke Rapids, with the interment following the service in Cedarwood Cemetery.
