Chester F. “Chuck” Allsbrook, III

May 26, 1957 – May 29, 2019

Chester F. “Chuck” Allsbrook, III, 62, formerly of Roanoke Rapids, died May 29, 2019 at his home in Spartanburg, SC.

He was a graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School, class of 1976.  Chuck studied pre-education at Chowan in 1978; he also studied Parks and Recreation at Catawba College in 1980.  Chuck was a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University in SC in 1990.

Chuck is survived by his children, Whitney, Vincent and Danielle, all of Spartanburg; two grandchildren; brothers, Brett (Jennifer) Allsbrook of Hendersonville, Bucky (Ashleigh) Allsbrook of Roanoke Rapids, and Daniel (Michelle) Honeycutt, of Raleigh; and his sister, Maria Christiano of Florida; and a very special friend, Deb Davis of Roanoke Rapids.  Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father, Buzzy Allsbrook of Roanoke Rapids; and by his mother, Cindy Honeycutt of Charlotte.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:15 pm Sunday at Rosemary Baptist Church, with a Celebration of Life service for Chuck to follow at 2:30 pm in the sanctuary of Rosemary Baptist Church, 936 Jackson St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870. Minister Daniel West will preside.

The funeral service for Chuck will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Church of God – Spartanburg, 2069 Chesnee Hwy, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
