Christopher Douglas King

Christopher Douglas King, 46, of Roanoke Rapids passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

Christopher was born June 18, 1968 in Williamsburg, Virginia. He was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, and friend. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and great-grandparents. Christopher is survived by his father, Warren Douglas King; his mother Claudia West Moore and husband Ralph; his daughter Victoria Lynne King; brothers John Kevin King and wife Pam of Montevallo, Al.; Carlton Lee Walker, Jr. and fianc Penny of Saluda, Va.; his sister Amy King Greene and husband Ricky of Hayes, Va.; nephews Jessep and Vincent King; and Conner Greene; his nieces Taylor Greene; and Denise Walker. Christopher is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends. A memorial service to celebrate Christophers life will be held Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Pastor Jordan Willard officiating.
