Christine Patteson Bryant, 65, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Christine was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, sister, and friend. She leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories that will forever be treasured by those who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Timothy Morris Bryant of 44 years; her daughter, Dana McCoy, and son-in-law, Josh; and her most cherished blessing, her grandson, Liam, who brought her immeasurable joy and happiness. She is also survived by her brothers, Mark Patteson (May) and Randy Patteson, sister-in-law Tammy Fahey (Chris); along with many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her special friend, Leigh Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Patteson, her father, James Rufus Patteson; and her sister, Karen Lassiter.

Christine found her greatest happiness in the simple blessings of life. She treasured every moment spent with her grandson, Liam, whose love held a special place in her heart. She loved the beach, where she found peace and happiness, and above all, she loved her Lord and Savior. Her faith was an important part of her life and a source of comfort and strength.

Christine’s love for her family, her faith, and the memories she created with those closest to her will live on in the hearts of all who loved her. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace and resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior.

Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and her love will remain forever.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service will Reverend Wayne Marshall officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery.
