Calvin "Woody" Woodley Fowler

Calvin “Woody” Fowler, 71 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away peacefully at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surrounded by family on Wednesday December 4, 2024.  He was born on October 25, 1953, in Halifax County.  He was preceded in death by his father Calvin Woodley Fowler Sr, mother Acree Scott, Stepfather LL Scott and brother Johnny Fowler.

He is survived by his daughter Christie Daniels of Georgia, brother Timmy Fowler (Gilda), sister Susan Martin, his nephew Marc Shaw (Brandy) that he lived with, his grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and his fur baby “Precious”.

A private memorial service will be held.

“Woody”  was avid music lover and loved to work in the garden
