Brian Thomas Ruffin

Brian Thomas Ruffin, 57, of Grifton, NC passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024 at his home.  He was born on January 24, 1967 in Wilson< NC.  He was preceded in death by his fathers Lindwood Ruffin and Butch Carlisle and his nephews:  Drew Carlisle and Dwayne Heustess.

Surviving include his mother Beverly Carlisle, his wife Lynne Ruffin, his children:  Christian Ruffin (Robert), Thomas Ruffin (Kristin), Kasey Copeland (Jeremy), Kaley Copeland (Tony), Michaela Clements, and Hudson Yarborough; his grandchildren:  Emalie, Ahri, Hazel, Ayden, Zoey, Hayley, Kayden, Drake, and Carson; his siblings John Ruffin (Donna), Rochelle Harris, Andy Carlisle (Rebecca), Janie Patterson (Sammy), Candice Carlisle (Guy), and Paul Carlisle (Stephanie), his aunts Brenda Ivey, Lousie Ivey, Carol Townsend, his uncle Carl Ruffin, and many nieces and nephews.

Brian served our country as a member of the United States Army 41st Field Artillery Brigade Veteran.  He loved music, books, and the beach.  He had many titles, but his favorite was Papa.
