Brian was born in Nampa, ID on February 13, 1980.
Surviving include his son Dylan Waugh of College Park, MD, his parents Theodore “Jim” and Nancy Waugh, of Roanoke Rapids, his brothers: William “Bill” Waugh of Roanoke Rapids and Benjamin Waugh (Heather) of Littleton, NC, and his niece Alexis Waugh of Roanoke Rapids.
The family will receive friends and family from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service. Friends may sign the online register at www.hockadayfs.com.
