Billy Joe Edmondson 65 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away peacefully at home on Sunday August 18, 2024. Billy was born on April 14, 1959, in Roanoke Rapids. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Daphne Edmondson and his finance Helen Horne.

He is survived by his daughter Marcia Weatherwax, son Kristopher Edmondson, brothers Robert Archie Edmondson (Patty) of Shelby, John William Edmondson of Wilmington, sister Teresa Rook of Roanoke Rapids and grandchildren Samarah Edmondson, Nancy Edmondson and many nieces and nephews.

Billy loved motorcycles and music.

Visitation will be Saturday August 24, 2024, 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Hockaday Funeral Home & Cremations, graveside service will follow the visitation in Cedarwood Cemetery.
